Rules
This market will resolve positively if the Supreme Court issues a ruling that results in Obergefell v. Hodges being overturned, in the sense that the Court determines that there is not a constitutionally protected right to marry that is guaranteed to same-sex couples in the United States, and that states, insular areas, the District of Columbia, and/or the federal government may therefore legislate not to permit the practice of same-sex marriage, or to recognize the marriages of same-sex couples before December 31st, 2023, 11:59 PM ET.
This market will resolve based on the official publication of the decision by the Supreme Court of the United States.
There is a 3% profit fee on this market. End Date: 01/01/2024
